Stay healthy in the warm weather

This weather is fabulous, it’s certainly the time to be outside for so many reasons, a few tips to bear in mind for staying healthy

  1. wear sun screen or cover up - look after your skin

  2. drink plenty of water - make sure you stay hydrated, it’s surprising how much fluid you’ll lose on warmer days

  3. remember to reduce your exercise expectations, none of us perform better in extreme temperatures, just go a little slower and enjoy the ride

  4. enjoy!
